Our Doctors & Staff

Jacksonville Veterinary Hospital Dr b Dr. Brad Frank,
the hospital's founder, graduated from Purdue University and has been an Oregonian since 1979.  He belongs to Phi Zeta Honor Society of Veterinary Medicine and was honored in 2002 by the State of Oregon as "Veterinarian of The Year."
     His commitment to the health and well-being of animals extends beyond his formal practice to his volunteer involvement with the Jackson County Animal Shelter and Dogs for The Deaf.  He also sits on the Board of Directors for the Oregon Veterinary Medical Association.  Dr. Frank is currently the human companion of two dogs, four cats, twenty-one birds, and an ever changing population of fish.
Jacksonville Veterinary Hospital Dr. J Dr. Darla Jochum
is a 1994 graduate of Oregon State University. She spent five years practicing in a small town on the 0regon coast before joining our staff.  She likes practicing in a small community where patients are like family. In addition to general veterinary medicine, she has a special interest in dermatology, pain management, and preventive medicine.  She also works closely with Guide Dogs for the Blind Rogue Valley Puppy Raisers. 
     In her free time Dr. Jochum enjoys walking with her two dogs and playing with her three cats.  She also enjoys gardening, fishing, and being outdoors.  Recently she has become involved with the Jacksonville Food and Friends program delivering lunches to homebound seniors.

Dr. Marianne Clunes grew up in a small town in the Oregon coast range.  She graduated from Oregon State University with a degree in Veterinary Medicine in 1995.  Dr. Clunes is a member of the American Veterinary Dental Society and volunteers for The Feral Cat Coalition of Oregon.  She practices small animal medicine with a special interest in dentistry.  Dr. Clunes is excited about working in a practice that fosters the human-animal bond and values clients as family.  She enjoys the outdoors and looks forward to exploring Southern Oregon.  She shares her life with two young children and 5 cats.

Kiz Raddeman, CVT,  Practice Manager.

Kiz has been employed at Jacksonville Veterinary Hospital since 1999. She obtained her associate degree in Veterinary Technology from Madison Area Technical College in Madison, WI and her BA in Business Management from Southern Oregon University. In addition to working with animals Kiz enjoys many of Southern Oregon’s outdoor activities such as hiking, rafting, and golfing.

Linda Cook, Receptionist.
Linda has worked with the public for the last 35 years. She has inspired and been inspired by our clients since 1995. She enjoys water recreation, hiking, camping, Britt concerts, and life in general.
Sherry Breed, Veterinary Assistant/Receptionist.
Sherry has worked with us since May of 2005.  She earned her BA in Environmental Biology from the University of California Santa Barbara and is currently working toward her associate degree in Veterinary Technology.  Away from work she enjoys gardening, reading, and traveling with her family.
Todd Webb, Veterinary Technician.

Todd started working with us in March 2007.  He received a degree in Veterinary Technology from Houston Community college and has been working as a technician for  23 years.  Todd is also a licensed dog trainer and has worked as a show judge.  Todd is an avid fisherman and enjoys all outdoor activities.

 

Breana Pulido, Veterinary Assistant

Breana started her career with us in March 2007.  Her continuous love for animals has brought her to us and made her decide to attend college to become a Certified Veterinary Technician.  Breana enjoys spending her time with her friends and family doing outdoor activities such as bike riding, snowboarding, and wakeboarding.

Katie Koehler, Veterinary Assistant

Katie has been in the Veterinary field since 1999.  She enjoys traveling and is a huge fan of Kenny Chesney.  Katie was born in the Rogue Valley and she enjoys hiking, fishing, and spending time at the beach with her 2 Jack Russell Terriers.
